Complete the New Elementary Student Online Enrollment Application Packet.
This is an application only. Enrollment will not be complete until the required documents have been submitted.
For families who live within the District boundaries, please select your resident school on the application under "Expected School to Enroll into" even if you plan to make an in-district transfer request. You can request and submit an In-District Transfer Request Form at your appointment to finalize enrollment.
If you are a non-resident family wishing to enroll your student in elementary school at MAPS, please select unknown under "Expected School to Enroll into" even if you plan to request a specific school. You will be required to submit a completed School of Choice Application which will be provided at your appointment to finalize elementary enrollment. The School of Choice Application includes an area where you can select your preferred schools.
If you are moving to the area but do not yet have an address, please wait until you have an address to complete this elementary enrollment application packet.
